HDB Asset Monitoring Project
Providing Asset Monitoring Solutions through Internet of Things in 63 Commercial Properties and Residential Car Parks in Singapore
Vector Green (formerly Vector Infotech Systems and Networks) is proud to offer our asset monitoring expertise to ST Electronics for the HDB project at 63 different locations. We also offer the supply of Asset Monitoring Devices including Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) and Field Devices for both Commercial Properties and Residential Car Park in Singapore. The devices we offer are as follows:
- A host of Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) for the monitoring and controls of the various building M&E systems integrated to Edge devices by Envision
- Smart Meters for monitoring of power consumption of some electrical systems
- Field Devices, mostly transducers in measuring some parameters such as water levels, pressure and CO concentration at the field site
The devices are then used to monitor the following systems:
- Fire Protection System
- Water & Drainage System
- Lighting System
- Ventilation System
- Electrical System
