No. The solution is retrofit-friendly and installs on existing air-conditioning, refrigeration, and freezer systems without equipment replacement, downtime, or operational disruption.

Yes. It works with a wide range of commercial cooling systems, including split units, VRV/VRF systems, package units, ducted air conditioning, data centre cooling, refrigeration, and freezer systems.

No. The manufacturer's control system remains in control of compressor operation, while the optimisation unit includes built-in anti-short-cycling protection to support normal compressor performance.

The solution continuously monitors supply and return air temperatures, predicts when sufficient cooling has been achieved, temporarily pauses compressor operation, and automatically restarts it only when additional cooling is required. This reduces unnecessary compressor operation while maintaining the required cooling performance.

No. The solution is designed for minimal upkeep once installed, with no moving parts to service beyond routine system checks already part of standard air-conditioning or refrigeration maintenance. Performance can be monitored remotely, reducing the need for manual site visits.
